Simply leave your wishlist in the order notes during checkout. Let us know your preferred colors, themes, or item types (e.g., "plush toys," "cute hair clips," "ballpoint pens"). We cannot guarantee every item will match your list, but we will do our best to make your surprise as close to your ideal as possible.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, as each scoop is a unique surprise and tailored specifically for you.
14. What if my package is lost or stolen?
If your tracking information shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact USPS. We are not responsible for packages marked as "delivered."
15. Can I cancel or change my order?
You may cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it. After that, all orders are considered final and cannot be changed or canceled.
16. What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please contact us immediately. If your order has not yet shipped, we can update the address. Once shipped, we are not responsible for delivery errors caused by an incorrect address.
