Each babecocais coops mystery box is carefully handcrafted and lovingly packaged, filled with excitement and surprises.
Because every box contains random mystery items, each purchase is unique and secure.
Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
🚫 No Returns or Refunds for Personal Preference
We do not accept returns or refunds due to personal preference, including dissatisfaction with the style, color, or items received.
All sales are final once the order is placed.
If a return is approved under exceptional circumstances, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost and any related fees.
📬 Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier (e.g., USPS), our responsibility ends.
We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery.
If your tracking information shows “Delivered” but you have not received the package, please contact USPS directly for further assistance.
If your package is returned to our warehouse, we will reach out to you to arrange re-shipment.
🕒 Order Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 30 minutes of purchase.
After 30 minutes, all transactions are considered final and cannot be modified, cancelled, or refunded.
To prevent fraudulent or repeated cancellations, a 5% processing fee will be deducted for any cancellation made within the 30-minute window.
