2️⃣ Please double-check your shipping address, and if it’s an apartment or building, be sure to include the floor and room/apartment number to avoid delivery issues.
3️⃣Any special requests can be only left in the checkout notes when placing your order or emailed to us within 24 hours after placing your order.
4️⃣ Please limit excluded categories to no more than 5, and we recommend listing multiple favorite IPs or colors — requests for only one specific IP or color may not be fully guaranteed, as many items come in mixed assortments and we want to keep your surprise box fun and full of variety💕!

Each babecocais coops mystery box is carefully handcrafted and lovingly packaged, filled with excitement and surprises.
Because every box contains random mystery items, each purchase is unique and secure.
Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

🚫 No Returns or Refunds for Personal Preference

We do not accept returns or refunds due to personal preference, including dissatisfaction with the style, color, or items received.
All sales are final once the order is placed.
If a return is approved under exceptional circumstances, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost and any related fees.

📬 Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier (e.g., USPS), our responsibility ends.
We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery.
If your tracking information shows “Delivered” but you have not received the package, please contact USPS directly for further assistance.
If your package is returned to our warehouse, we will reach out to you to arrange re-shipment.

🕒 Order Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 30 minutes of purchase.
After 30 minutes, all transactions are considered final and cannot be modified, cancelled, or refunded.
To prevent fraudulent or repeated cancellations, a 5% processing fee will be deducted for any cancellation made within the 30-minute window.

📦 Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing an order.
If you notice an error, contact us immediately before your order ships so we can make corrections.
We are not responsible for undelivered packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
